David Conner graduated from Radford University in Radford, VA, in 1983
and stepped directly into the building materials industry. As one of
the original four partners in The GeMROI Company, Fredericksburg, VA,
David was instrumental in helping the company to grow and to become a
professional manufacturers representative agency and industry leaders
in their field.
In 2006, David founded MoldStoppers mold
pretreatment and remediation company, which has now expanded
nationwide. The company's success in the development of mold
pretreatment, plus remediation protocol and equipment, has lead to the
birth of MoldStoppers Manufacturing . David brings over 25 years
experience in the building materials industry to MoldStoppers.

Martin Peery has over 20 years experience in the retail housing and building business. After graduating from Concord College, Athens, WV he worked for several National Builders progressing thru the levels to become the Regional VP of Fleetwood Homes in North Carolina.
Martin joined the Moldstoppers Team in 2008. He covers the Central North Carolina Region which includes Pinehurst, Sanford, Greensboro, Dunn, Winston Salem, Fayetteville, High Point, Lumberton, Asheboro, Rockingham and surrounding areas.

Martin's clients include residential home owners, property management firms which include condo/apartment complexes, schools, foreclosure management companies and senior living centers.
He resides in Pinehurst North Carolina with his wife Gidget- and active member of Moldstoppers Central NC, and his two children, Gray and Braydon. His free time is spent being with his family and watching his children enjoy life.

Rich Barry has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. In 1999 he started a small construction business in Massachusetts and began cleaning mold in basements. In 2002, Rich moved to North Carolina and started a small construction business. That same year he obtained his certification from the National Association of Mold Professionals and began mentoring under Edward Maloney, a renowned scientist in the Mold Industry. Because of his mold industry knowledge, Rich has been asked to assist in numerous NAMP training courses. Rich owned and operated his own environmental company for several years and is now the General Manager of Remediation for Mold Stoppers.

Bill Murray is the LLC owner for Moldstoppers of Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and Florence South Carolina , and North Carolina locations in Raleigh and Greensboro. Joining Moldstoppers in January 2008, Bill focuses on commercial and residential new construction and remediation, with emphasis on real estate,foreclosure properties, property management firms (condo and apartment projects) and hospitality (hotels and restaurants). Prior projects include senior living centers, public schools systems, universities and condominium restorations. Operating out of Georgetown, SC, the coastal group deals with the mold issues specific to the region.
Bill joined Moldstoppers after a 16 year career with Builders Firstsource, a national building supply chain, holding several positions with the company, both in corporate and field management. A builder by passion, Bill works on "flipping" homes and historic restorations, coming from a family of builders. As a public service, the coastal Moldstoppers group also supports the local Habitat for Humanity organizations, donating products and services.
Bill is an NC State alumnus, married with one daughter.

Jimmy has over 20 years experience in the construction industry starting at the age of 14 as a roofing subcontractor. After attending the University of Tennessee, he worked for a couple National builders, progressing through the levels of Field Management to Managing the Purchasing & Estimating Departments.
Jimmy joined Moldstoppers in 2007 and has been a big part of the Northern Virgina Division that covers, Maryland, Virgina, Washington, DC, Delaware, and southern New Jersey.
He resides in Rehoboth Beach, DE with his wife and 3 kids. Much of his free time is spent around local kids sporting events and school functions.

David Young joined with Moldstoppers in 2009. He graduated with a BS in Business from Middle Tennessee State University in 2003 and began working in the construction industry. David also has a Masters Degree in Project Management from University of Mary Washington and has overseen residential, commercial and institutional construction projects with a value in excess of $6 million. David lives in Caroline County Virginia with his wife Erika and their two spoiled beagles. In his free time he reads and plays guitar in a rock band.

President of Sales for a major Water Treament and Biocide Company. Lesley has worked and lived numerous locations in the U.S. and travelled on business throughout the Caribbean and South America.
Lesley's educational background and work experience has been instrumental in growing MoldStoppers' business in this technical marketplace.

Tom
has over 25 years of experience in the building industry. He started as a
machinist for a large millwork distributor before working as an Architectural
door sales representative. From there, Tom served as district sales
manager for a regional millwork distributor and prominent window manufacturer
before joining GeMROI in May of 2005. Tom, his wife Lisa, and their two
daughters reside in Pinehurst, North Carolina.

Born Clearwater Florida 1957. Began
working in the building material business at age 14 spending after school hours
and summers learning the business. Graduated high school in 1975 and went on to
Florida State University through 1979 majoring in business administration. I
went right back into the building materials business and went from sales
to management and back to sales which is truly my passion. Remained in it
until December 2008. Married with 2 daughters 15 years apart. Yes same wife
just needed another child. Outside of work I enjoy camping,golf and most of all
being on or in the water.

My name is Aaron I am 38 years old, happily married with two boys and a girl. I enjoy spending time with my family and playing with my children. My hobbies include day trading, sailing, kayaking, fishing, construction, hiking, and skiing.
My career began in my early teens when I befriended my 9th grade Earth Science teacher. My teacher was a handyman and a tree-trimmer on the side. This teacher was the person that introduced me to the trade of carpentry. I worked for this gentleman after school and during the summer learning the trades of carpentry and landscaping. After graduating from High-School I went to work for a construction company full-time and went to College in the evenings for several years. I then enrolled full-time into Penn College where I acquired my associate's degree in Building Trades. I continued working for the same construction company during college breaks. After graduating from Penn College I pursued a career as a Vocational Instructor in the field of construction. Joe has over 30 years experience in homebuilding and remodeling business. Joe started remodeling kitchens, and baths in the late 1970's. Joe built his first house in 1983, while employed at Lang Engineering with emphasis on Custom Homebuilding and Asbestos Abatement. Joe went on to work for National Builder Crossman Communities before coming to Ole South Properties, Inc., which has been the largest builder in the State of Tennessee for the last 7 years. Joe has 14 years of purchasing supply chain.
Joe has been active in the community by supporting Boys & Girls Club of Rutherford County (Board Member 2005-2008), Special Kids, United Way, and various other non-profit organizations. He is also a Member of the Rutherford County Home Builders Association and the Homebuilders Association of Middle Tennessee (Board of director 2007 to present).
Joe is married to Sheri (Dorris) Morgan and has a son Matthew S. Morgan, 24. Joe and Sheri reside in Smyrna, TN. Joe has lived and supported Middle Tennessee his entire life.

Perry Adams joined MoldStoppers' Northern Virginia division in 2007. He has been able to combine years of experience to manage many of the daily operations.
Perry has had extensive experience in the building materials industry since 1992. His responsibilities have included assembly production, shipping and receiving, warehouse operation, logistics, estimating, sales, and purchasing. His determination and commitment enabled him to start his own vinyl and composite exterior building products business, Pier Solutions LLC, in 2003.
Raised in Lititz, Pennsylvania, Perry now resides with his wife in Lusby, Maryland.

Paul started his business in 2001 after 10 years of working heavy construction in the railroad re-building business. The son of a journeyman carpenter, Paul grew up working on houses for his father. Paul began shifting his business's focus 5 years ago from general remodeling to what he calls "Geriatric-ification" which is remodeling houses to meet the aging of America.
This kind of remodeling requires looking ahead with a client and trying to figure out how to make their home livable for them until they decide to move ( bathroom remodeling to accommodate walkers and power chairs for example).
Paul moved to Bloomington to attend Indiana University and decided to stay and become a member of the community. Paul is active with the American Legion Post 18 and is a member of Rainmakers ( a state-wide business referral network).
Paul has two dogs whom he likes to take hiking in the state forest.

Rick Crocker is the LLC Owner of Moldstoppers of Wilmington and Southeastern NC. Rick joined the Moldstoppers family in Oct 2007. Our primary focus in the Wilmington market has been new construction both residential and commercial. In the last 12 months we have also been focused on the remediation business as well. We work with many realtors in town on resales and within the foreclosure market. We also work with individual homeowners that need rehab and remediation work completed.
Prior to joining Moldstoppers Rick had a successful 34 year career in the building supply business. He worked with Builders FirstSource for over 20 years in multiple markets. A majority of Rick's tenure in the building supply business was spent in both the Sales and Executive management arena.
Rick graduated from Louisburg College and then attended UNC-CH.

Todd Ross has over 30 years of experience in the housing and building business. Todd was raised on a farm in Ashland, Ohio and often went to work with his father who was a contractor. After graduating high school Todd moved to Virginia to work as a carpenter for residential and commercial builders. In 1996 he started his own construction business in Locust Grove, Virginia and has been a licensed Class A contractor for over 15 years.
Recently Todd moved back to his roots in Ohio and joined the MoldStoppers team. He is a partner of MoldStoppers of Ohio LLC. Todd's focus is on commercial and residential mold remediation/pretreatment applications. He is dedicated to quality work and customer satisfaction. Todd works with home inspectors, real estate agents, home owners and property managers. MoldStoppers of Ohio LLC is covering all 88 counties of Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
Todd enjoys hunting, golfing and spending time with family.
